Dhampus Sarangkot Trekking is an easy trekking route near Pokhara Valley following gorgeous villages in the region of Annapurna. The trek begins with a drive to Pokhara. 4 to 5 hours of trek through Bagar will take us to Sarangkot hill from where we will cross the forest of Pines and Oaks to reach Dhampus village. From there we will enjoy the views of Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, Machhapuchre, Lamjung, and other mountains and then we will lower down to Dhampus Phedi from where we will return to Pokhara to end our trek.

Detail Itinerary

Day 1: Phedi to Dhampus (Lunch, Dinner, Breakfast)

Morning: Your trek starts with a pick-up from your hotel in Pokhara. You’ll embark on a scenic drive to Phedi, which takes approximately 45 minutes to an hour.
Hiking to Dhampus: From Phedi, the trekking adventure begins. The trail winds through lush forests, charming villages, and terraced fields. You’ll gradually ascend, and along the way, you can enjoy the beautiful landscapes of the Annapurna and Machapuchare (Fishtail) mountain ranges.
Arrival in Dhampus: After a few hours of trekking, you’ll reach the picturesque village of Dhampus. This charming village is perched on a ridge and offers stunning views of the Himalayas. You’ll check-in to your accommodation and have some time to explore the village.

Day 2: Dhampus to Australian Camp, then Return to Pokhara (Lunch, Dinner, Breakfast)
