Bardia National Park is one of the national park lies in the Terai and has excellent wildlife-watching opportunities. Bardia National Park Covers an area of 968 km2 . There are healthy populations of wild elephants and one-horned rhinos among the 30 species of mammals. Gangetic dolphins are occasionally spotted on rafting and canoe trips along the Geruwa River, the eastern channel of the Karnali River. About 70% of the park is covered with forest, with the balance a mixture of grassland, savannah and riverine forest.
Day 01: Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport.
Day 02: Fly to Nepalgunj and drive 2 hours to Bardia.
Day 03: Walking safari to view Gangetic Dolphin if possible and Exploration of Tiger territory
Day 04: Early morning Bird watching followed by chance to relax or explore the surrounding village.
Day 05: Drive back to Nepalgunj and fly to Kathmandu.
